How does the All on 4 procedure work?
The bone at the front of your jaw is denser and stronger. By placing two of the implants at an angle, all of the replacement teeth can be supported on just four implants with one bridge. The entire row of teeth is therefore supported by the strongest bone.
No dentures
Firstly, the four implants are placed with a provisional bridge meaning you won’t need to wear a denture during the healing phase. After the healing period, this is replaced by the final permanent bridge, which is made of acrylic or porcelain.

Not enough bone density for All on 4 using normal length implants? No problem, we do All on 4 using Zygomatic implants which are longer and ideal for securing the all on 4 bridge to denser stronger bone.
